100bpa is pretty impressive. Here in the Texas panhandle our dryland wheat is averaging 30bpa, and about 45-55 under the pivots

We are near Gainesville. I have friends that farm near Sunray and Stratford. We pheasant hunt up there... Is the wheat pretty poor in your areaIJ Up near Strat and Sunray there is no dryland wheat and the irrigated is poor.

Here in west ky we lack around 200 acres cuttin wheat. SO far yields have gone from 50 to 80, but more in the high 60's to 70's. Most other area farmers are seeing yields in and around 40-50. Not to good considering we had almost 10inches of rain in may. However corn looks best ever, begining to tassel. Wheat could have been from 10-15bpa better with less rain in MAY.

Well, this isnt our best wheat year ever! I cut about 100 acres today just running as fast as possible trying to keep the machine loaded and it still does a terrible job. There are a few farmers who got lucky on timing this last fall and made a good crop, but most of those are under pivots. Im cuttin some that is averaging 20 right now other fields are looking better though, some neighbors are making 40-50 under pivots.
