we straightened the cutterbars on our 930 rigid header and our 2360 swather by placing railway ties underneath the cutterbar and then laying two ties on top of the cutterbar sticking out the front enough so u can drive a big 4 wheel drive tractor on top of them. It sounds kind of aggressive way to straighten them but it works. Sometimes we leave the tractor on all night depending how bad it is bent.When u drive the tractor on it bends the cutterbar quite abit the other way but it always springs back Try it and tell me how it worked for u.
