Marshall, Definitely remove the concave from the rear since you already have the dist. augers out. Don't forget to remove the roll pin and_or setscrew from the guage on the side.I also assume you have removed the front concave cam retainers on both RH and lH sides and removed the half moon blocks between the concave and the rotating cams. Make sure you rachet concave adjustment open to 1" or greater so concave is easier to pull out. Usually it takes a steady even pull to the rear so concave does not hang up on RH rear corner and then it will drop down to acc. rolls at the front,then you can remove by lifting out the rear.Also, don't forget to remove center cage door support for concave removal.
