look for rubbers cracking, any spaces, rub marks on slots where arms move back and forth. Sometimes if you turn shoe over by hand you can see play in them. Make sure shoe is in center of stroke before disassembly and reassembling. Make sure when pressing bushings in you keep same distance on arm as the old one. Also, when removing bolts that hold bushings, there are washers between shoe assembly and side of sheet metal, keep track of number of washers in each slot, they insure proper alignment of shoe in conjustion with machine sheet metal.
