If the bend is in the cutterbar itself you can sometimes straighten it out with a bottle jack. Take a guard bolt out about a foot on either side of the hump and bolt a length of log chain on. Put the jack on the hump and put the chain over the top of the jack. It may take a few tries but I have straightened a couple out like that.

You can also chain it down to something like the bumper of a heavy truck and pull it down. A shop floor tie down works best though. How do I knowIJ Hit a manhole and bent it real good.

check that your leaf spring is not broken. Mine did that same thing.
