Gleaner or loewen. loewens' is about 1_4" higher and may respond to a rock a bit better. You will need the hump for a R42-52 and may need to drill the middle holes in the door. Early R50 doors were not drilled for the middle bolts. We do not remove the door to install the hump. We fold the concave open and than fasten vise grips to ribbing on bottom side of door in such a fashion as to hold up side hinge plates when the side bolts are removed. Door remains latched during all this. Set hump onto door lightly and than start all the bolts. Than take one bolt back out at a time to apply loctite to and then refasten. We could get you a hump if you didn't allready locate one. Have a fine one.

I installed one too this year, I tightned my springs up to 2 3_8 " I think, maybe it was 2 1_4" That is actual spring length. Seems to be the ticket, I had the same thing happening, it was opening with a slug in tough going. Good luck
