Nate, I don't think it will cause cobs to go in endwise anymore than it would without the hump. We have run in lots of corn and the hump don't bother. The hump really kindof duplicates the built in hump like the P1's had and I don't believe they were breaking any cobs between feed chain and cylinder. Good luck. Dan
