With out getting the book out I thought the pressure is 2700 pounds. The relief is adjustable as I remember. Its been a long time since I worked on 1100 three point, but I used to do A lot of them.I will check my book and let you know. Do all the other hydralics work fine. And make sure the lift arms move easy. good luck onion farmer

Yes steering is good all hyd. work. They all seem to work fine but when its loaded it's a different story.Used on disc awhile ago it was okay but slow.Seems that with this big of pump should jump. Will check pressure again But knew it was within spec. Was wondering if unloader or relief under cab is badIJIJIJ

In 1982 I got a new IHC 800 12x30 semi mount planter and hooked it to my 1973 MF 1135. Everything was fine till I filled both hoppers all the way, then I could not raise my lift assist wheels. The tractor checked out fine, so IHC traded the cylinders on the lift assist wheels for bigger cylinders and it worked fine. Maybe your easiest fix would be bigger cylinders. Hope this helps.

well if all else fails you are probably right.I was going to put extensions on the hoppers, but sure doesn't make sense like it is.It is an older 7000 so only has one cylinder. but sometimes the cross auger slows down when I am filling,if I keep up the rpms a little it runs alright. But then its awful fast.Something is wrong its just a matter of finding it and see if its worth fixing. Thanks for the help

I want to make sure are we talking about the 3pt hitch or the remote hydralics. The remotes are 2500 n . And you should be able to turn, use a brake and lift the 3pt at the same time If you can do that the priority valve is ok. I went to look at my book and realised I let a friend use it. I should be getting it back soon.

Well we are talking about the whole system in general. It has always been what I would consider slow,3pt and remotes,It steers good all the time very quick response.I always had my 1080 on the planter until I had to use a cab.It picked up the planter with no trouble and faster than the 1155.I replaced the remote module last year when I did the relief valve the outside lever would never seat good in the center it was very touchy. That stuff didn't help. The unloader seems a little slow to seat but if it didn't I couldn't steer.I haven't got it out of the shed yet so can't give any readings on pressure yet but last year I checked with gauge in remote outlet it had pressure to spec.'s. I think is was a little over 2500 Thanks for your time and patience.

If all the hydralics are slow except the steering then its probably the priority valve. If seering slows down when using other hydralics than you have a supply problem. You said that you changed oil filters and screen and hope you are using good oil.If thats the case then I would look at the charge pump. I had one that the key was not in the gear on charge pump it ran just enough to say you had hydralics. With out putting some test equipment on it thats my best guess.

Well when I get it out I'll run some tests and get back here with results. If I find out the trouble I'll post. Be nice if you just drove on out here and fixed it (pa) Thanks

Well today I checked the hyd. pressure I used a gauge stuck in one of the remotes.I let it run for an hour or so to warm up a little. It was lukewarm (hyd.oil).The results are.At first it was putting out 2500 lbs.after I ran it up and down the road a few times it was in the 2100 lb. range,if you pull both levers back at same time it varies between2100 and 2500 lbs.it steers good no matter what you are doing.Haven't changed the filter on it this year but only have 200 hrs. on the one thats in there.Somewhere I seem to be lacking about 4 to 5 hundred pounds of pressure,Probably should set up a flow meter test but don't have the equipment to do it and if it's low on pressure doesn't matterIJIJIJ Thanks I will be waiting for some advice I'll need it

Sounds like your pump is worn i`m afraid you can try a repair kit if one is available but i have never had a lot of joy with them as the problem is when the oil is warm you could try a higher viscosity oil but time you play around weith this the pump could be cheaper especially if you can find a look alike part. The other thing have you thought about trying to fit another ram to the drill to give a bit extra liftIJ
