Check and see if the master valve is clicking, thus building pressure. Can be checked by placing knife blade on coil and seeing if it magnetically pulls blade. The RWA thing is different and if the two are conneced it is electrical possibly. The RWA valve can be either on the right wall just above the shaker shoe or in the valve block.
