The electronics system in these combines and heads would make it hard to install on any other machine. Just putting on older Deere combines involves several kits and update to computer system thru laptop computers. Not saying its impossible but would take alot of engineering.
A local guy put a 925F on an early model 9600 and I heard it cost him over $3000 in parts and labor to get it to work. Now that he has it done it works real nice but I still don't think that I'd put that much into an old machine and then still have to modify a brand new head to get it to work. It doesn't make $en$e!
Check under ATTACHMENTS on the left, Contact Harv's farm supply. I've put JD heads on both my other Combines. JD makes a better head than IH but IH makes a better PlOW!! lots of guys have green tractors with red plows.
