Combines Hydro weak

You surely should change out the oil and filters if it was the motor area of RWA that failed. If filter is plugging on that new of a machine the oil will bypass it and you would lose hydro charge. Not much for RWA around hear but I would suppose if it was hydralic motor area of RWA that failed you could have junk that got into main areas of pump and motor. This could of did some scoring which will certainly not be good for performance. If it was a growling noise I would ask if it was there anytime the engine was running. If so I have caught an input shaft bearing when it was on its way to failure. Growling bearing in pump wouldn't likely cause performance problem until it was about out. Noise when rolling and or maybe only under power could be a whole host of things. I have only failed one or two hydro pumps and two or three hydro motors. I was allways lucky in that only one or the other went out and didn't take them both out. What happens when a RWA goes out might not be good. I'm afraid you might have to get some pressures checked to try pin it down if the filter don't do the trick. Good luck
