I have had every new model Axial Flow in the 60 and 66 series IH and CIH have made, and none of them ever were jerky. Must be a problem somewhere. I would have it checked before a small problem becomes a big problem.

Have you checked the lever on the pump control shaftIJ It wears and becomes loose on the shaft. Then there is a delay of reaction to your control movement. It is easy to check and inexpensive to fix. The normal fix is to replace the lever. This is the lever that the back end of the control cable attaches to.

I've checked it too and I still have the jerking. I think I'm gonna have my CIH dealer take a look at it before something really goes wrong. thanks alot
