Remember, engineering is SOMETIMES a compromise ( Green stem pods sometimes) and you probably aren't going to gain much more. I had an R62 (95) that customer and I messed with and finally took out All the reverse bars in beans-that only lasted for a half a day and 2 went back in because we lost our threshing ability--too many unthreshed pods going out with the straw!! I have used one reverse bar over concave before to spread out the wear and in your case might cure the unthreshed green stem problem with one reverse bar up next to the gearbox and you might then only need one on the discharge end-keep at 180 degrees to each other.Only REAl problem I see is the JD corn head!!!!!!!!!!!!
