This summer I made all of the hyper modifications to my R62 cylinder. On the rotor I replaced the reverser bars with the disruptors and a forward bar mounted on the seperator grate. I also replaced every other discharge paddle with a forward bar. When I cut the bars where needed I just cut them as close as I could to the others so they would be close to the same weight. However, I had many areas that were and could have been out of balance. To balace the rotor I simply mounted each side of the rotor on a bearing and carefully spun it (I found a shaft that fit into the splines on the drive side). Whenever the rotor would bottom out to one particular place consistently I would mount a couter weight on the opposite side. I did this many times until I was sure that it would never stop at the same place. Once then, I put it back in and it ran smoothly. Aaron
