I Got Battery Acid On My Hand

How do you clean battery acid off skin, so the metallic scent goes away? I got battery acid on my hand and have tried washing it with just about everything, but that smell remains.

Fast Orange hand cleaner. I have had that in my garage for years. It works great for oil and grease so I'm assuming it will work for your purpose.

Ouch! Did it burn your skin? We use an orange cleanser too. I've never gotten battery acid on me though, so I don't know if it works.

Usually, using soap and water immediately works, after which you can neutralize the acid by using a baking soda solution. The orange cleaner is the best solution.
