Check with Bish Mfg. They will have the adapter plate and the telescoping PTO shafts. It will come with instructions on how to shorten the stock JD drive shafts to allow room for the tele. ones. The kit comes with the bearing and holder to support the shaft. Not difficult work, but not something most of us could do in 15 min. either. I don't remember exactly what I changed for hyd. hoses and tips, but again,it's not difficult. As far as the HHC,the main thing to remember is that the head[i.e. header control],has to be able to communicate with your model combine. Most people mount the IH pot. on the JD sensing shaft, splice into the wires already on the head, splice the plug from the pot. onto the top end and you're set. When you mount the pot.,allow for plenty of adjustment, because you can't be certain how it will react at first.I installed mine very carefully, but when I tried it,it fell to the ground and layed there. It wasn't getting a raise 'signal',but I didn't know why.In my frustration,I rotated the pot. 180*,and it worked perfectly.I had miscalculated the movement 'range' of the pot. All this being said,Headsight [ph. 574_546_5022]has conversions available, many of which are plug and go.First one mentioned is CIH combines to JD headers[flex or corn].I have no idea how that would work, but it would be interesting to know.Good luck.
