Combines I need a corn head for my F2 gas

I have ran a 430 head since new on a 1979 F2. When you get into 150+ corn you will know it. I would get a 1980 or newer A series head.

Here's a classified ad I saw dated May 5, 04; "Gleaner A-430 black corn head, gd cond, fits F-2 $1600., 765-436-7389, Thorntown, IN." Don't know how far away that is from you, but sounds like what you need. Also, same place, Ph n 765-482-0998, is advertised a 1978 F-2 dsl, 430 black CH, rebuilt 13' GH, all for $4500. Maybe the same party. Good luck.

I have run an F diesel on an A438 for the last 4 years. It makes it a load, but a nice match. Mayer's or B and G will have heads.
