I picked up the Massey Brochere last week at an AGCO dealer, I really didn't have cutaway pictures of anything except the rotor and cleaning fan and shoe. I have to admit it has me wondering if it will not be quite a machine, it just Agco and their weakness that I wonder about, if they can make the turn around in my area. Not that MF wasn't a strong player back in the old days. I never been unhappy with the simplicity of the IH rotor but this new MF has got me wondering if it isn't the future of a rotary. Speaking of AGCO though they make more mistakes on parts than any other outfit out their. I picked up some parts for a MM, low and behold, wrong parts in packages, One has the correct MM n, other has MF n, which is supposed to cross to, will neither fit. This is the 4th time I picked up incorrect parts for MM. It isn't worth trying to help patronize the local Agco dealer for MM parts, Just as well deal with the Number 1 MM dealer in US them gals know MM tractors inside and out. It took one of my local AGCO dealers three attempts to get a matching set of 6 pistons once for an MM. They kept sending std's out in boxes that were marked correct for the oversize I was wanting. Seems like the first attempt we received 2 that were correct and 4 that were incorrect. Next try for four same thing happened. Just think what would have happened if I hadn't measured them. I believe I was boring to .020 over.
