Good chance you have a small hole in the rotor skin from rock or auger finger damage that has let dust enter the inside where it has settled and gotten hard making one side heavier. Put your rotor gear box in neutral and spin the rotor by hand and see if it always stops with the same side down to confirm.( remove a grate or lower the concaves to aid in this endeaver.) If you have this problem locate the hole which must be repaired, and cut a hole through the skin big enough to get the stuff out, then weld the piece back in place ..good luck

check to see if you have all your bars on, if not, you will have a vibration. I have a new AFX rotor that I put in a 2388 and was getting vibration. I found out that a rotor bar had come off and soon as I replaced it, the vibration stopped.

My 1460 was doing the same thing and after checking I found one of my bars only half there. Check each one closely to make sure none are broken. Ran smooth again when I installed a new one.
