Don't sound to cheap to me, unless it is ready to go to work. I also traded up from 715 to 1480 this year. Heck of alot of difference. I paid $6750.00 for mine. It has the upgrade on the unloading auger ( gear box ) late model cross over fan, mud hog and dual hub setup. I would try and track the prior owner if you haven't already and ask some questions on the condition of the machine. Most folks will be honest, since they have already traded it in anyway.
