Mark; Pin will drive out, but might fight all the way. There was a time new pins could be bought at the dealership for replacement. I don't know if they are still available. They were a hardened pin with soft ends so they could be peened with the hammer like a rivet. They were not easy to put in correctly as you have one chance to get them or keep them straight. Very time consuming I thought. If the hammer misses and hits the spiral, it will crack it then it's junk. Better off to get a new stalk roll especially if what you have is aluminum, they never were any good. New ones are steel.

Mark, The best thing I've found was using a tapered pin. I think it's call a ships taper. You ream out the hole and drive it in. The problem is your shaft needs to be shimed back tight to last. Good luck
