i run a 1620, 15' 1020 and 843 corn head. this combine is a not a 6 row machine. the grain tank would be filled in no time. i would not run anything bigger. go to a xx60 series for a 6 row machine. good luck! Duane
I have a 1440 with a 963 (six row) corn head. In good corn (145 bu and greater),I am down to running at about 2 1_2 MPH. I would not recommend a 6 row for a 1420.
