Combines IJ for farmer tony

first year I have not broken a rotor belt!! (in 25 yrs) the new rotor drive and AFX rotor are great in tough beans - dry corn amazing help to the machine I've also added a hyd reverser some time ago as mine is a 98 with 2000 + sep hrs CNH puts out those update kits for a reason

thanks for the comments. Mine is a 2003 2388 and had most problems with rotor belt ever I don't know if it has something to do with the new belt is 3"s longer or that the AFX rotor pulls harder,and had lots of problems with the rotary screen and dirt getting in the radiator and air cleaner

I think belt is longer than that seems as if my spring is real tight all the time doesn't sense real well. I think the AFX pulls a lot easier, I still have my chrome speciality rotor if some one wants to change. I think everybody had trouble with that dam new rotary screen Vetter's at onawa told me there is a finer one available. does your amchine have plenty of power I am thinking of trading for a new 2388 or a 8010 I can not make up my mind.

my machine has plenty of power AFX has greatly increased the capacity over the 2002 model 2388 in 200bu. corn can easily pick 30000bu._day with 8 row corn head approx. 5.5 mph

I agree I run a 12 row head 4-4.5 mph and don't really know how much I could pick if we could get it all poked away.
