Start with what your op manual says, 4 reverse bars in proper postion, cylder speed 350, concave set at 10, chaffer at 5_8" ( you are runnin a corn chafferIJ arn't you) sieve at 7_16" and fan at 5...
see comments by Hyper on above post concerning grate wires. Do you have the low wire or high wire grateIJ These really make a difference in setting and loss... opening up the sep. grate by removing everyother wire is a biggie as is the same on the older low wire threshing grates..
