On the header raise and fall speed adjustment, Rolf has come up with the idea of using the small and powerful rotary servos from the model aircraft hobby builders to turn the adjusting nuts by just using a switch in the cab. We will have a good look at this in the future. Cheers.

If you have the swing-out style unloader, the company is limited to the length the unloader can be due to a height restriction when swinging it out. I'm not 100% positive, but I believe the ASAE has a set limit as to a peak height the unloader can go - a longer unloader would exceed this limit. You can extend it and exceed that limit, but the manufacturer has to heed this limitation. I think I was told this at a Gleaner combine clinic several years ago. I guess it's one of those trade-offs for having a very simple unloader design that requires very little power to operate and is easily servicable. Perhaps someone more knowledgable on the subject can elaborate on this.... And I agree with you on the header raise_lower rate adjustment in the cab!!! Tom langan

I hear you on the cab heating. I gave them a year and we did all the updating. Many of the first heat control valves are timed wrong or something and can't be turned off. Installing new valves fixed that and I thought we had it made. Then the cold weather slips in and the calls start pooring in about hard to control temp. Called Gleaner AGAIN and they hadn't heard any complaint other than me yet. You must have your dealer call and let them know or they'll just think it is me again. Most all guys are loving these machines but they must get the electronics to control cab temp properly. I don't know if your rock door is opening prematurely or from a rock. If it is lack of material flowing when tough you might check out the things we have did. Kind of forget there is a door when tweak a couple things. Good luck with your machine.
