Did you inspect or change the transport vanes while the rotor was outIJAlso the drive hub at the rearIJBefore re-assembly,you should coat the drive shaft and hub with Never-Sieze. Some have used a sheet of tin or 2X4's to slide the rotor back in on.leave out the middle concave and middle grate in order to get at the rotor for access. Use a come-along to pull the rotor in once it is started. You can do that by hooking to an elephant ear and to the back grate,or from the access cover in the engine compartment. The last 3-4" is more trouble than the first 10'.Getting the rotor to line up with the shaft can be tricky. That's why some like to hook to the access hole so that it lifts. Otherwise, some have laid boards_blocks on the augerbed shafts, and raised the rotor up with a bar or even put a small floor jack in there. Be safe, and don't turn your back on the rotor. You probably already know those things will almost slide clear out on their own.
