wy is nothing going on on that side IJ how many cats are runningIJ that sounds like there are cats all over northamerica. or they might have enough problems to keep em running and not much time to wright and keep the problems under the table. if you guys would wright all things what you got the internet would brake down. lets talk about cat in 3 or 5 years ps:nothing runs like a deere and some guys never get to see the green light.

9880, i am lost, can you tell me JUST what the "Green light" ISIJ. Is it the shimmering greenback being ripped out of my back pocket by a deere dealer for an over priced piece of "Dark Green" metalIJ Have you seen the "logo" where there is one dear mounting an other deereIJ This to me just sums up "John Deere" you get screwed one way or another. regards, onlooker

Why wait 3 to 5 years to talk about the cat. Or is that how much longer you think it will take deere to dream up something that might run right behind the 480. lets talk about it now. Mine is a 1998 480 that was built about 5 years ago. For technology that is five years old it will still run right past the new deere. So I guess I will have to agree with you maybe you can wait another five years for deere to run with the cats. Where has deere been the last five years. "Nothing runs like a deere" When a cat is about to eat it up. I saw the "green light" it then turned into two long green lines in the feild. The cats have been running in a league of there own now for the last five years

Not all done combining yet started soybeans here in North Dakota about a week ago. Still Don't really have anything bad to say about the cat. I am using a honey bee 42' draper on the soybeans. Seems to be doing a alright job. I think header loss is a bit more then a flex. I estimate my header loss at about 4 bushel. My feilds were not rolled either have some taller ridges from a airseeder direct seeded into flax ground. Is this extreemely highIJ This is the first year I have combined them. I think it looks like alot but if I try to go lower all I do is eat rocks and replace sections.

hey onlooker that is funny i think 9880sts needs that on his combine.you now if 9880sts would try a 480r he might change his mind.but he better hurry because the 580 will be out and that will fluster 9880sts even more because john deere will be 10 years behind . it makes me laugh all jd does they put a bigger engine and a bigger unloading auger and they think they have a master piece.i will tell you 9880sts if this cat was a piece of crap i would say it was but it is;t im just stating facts.im not going to not run with my tail between my legs because i don;t have to.
