On my 7720 I run a fixed airfoil chaffer and a small grain seive. fan speed just about as fast as it can go. Cylinder speed about 550 - 600 id run slower but i dont have dual range and the concave I think I set to around 9 or 10 the tightest usually. But my beans up here always get a killing frost before harvest so they are easy to thresh. Sometimes I screen my beans to remove the cracks but now that they pay for cracks too I haul right from the combine. My dockage last year right off the combine was less that 1_2%, Ed

I leave the filler plates in between the rasp bars from corn and have fewer unthreshed pods.

I have been using a finishing sieve with 3_8" round holes in my 7700. It wil do a good job if the holes are big enough. The sieve is from JD parts ,AH 77806, and may not be still available. A sieve for older 7720's would also fit. Good luck
