I have ran into the same thing, first, if the sensor and plug were round and he went with the weather pack connector you need to make sure the wires aren't switched around, have seen that happen alot. His he sure the elevator is running at the rated speedIJ You may also need to have the brain box checked out, the local dealer should be able to do it. If all else fails I have clipped the wire at the brain box and ran a new one down to the sensor, usually faster that trying to find the problem in the wire.
