Way way too high, they are cheaper here due to the fact that they are a little small for the area. I can get you a 1994-1996 model for less money than that with alot less hours.
If that price includes both heads and a cart it would still be too high. Most dealers still think beans are selling for $10 and corn for $3. A 9500 with those hours and that year will have a hard time hitting $35,000.
That seems very high to me. Two years ago when we bought we looked at several 9500's with hours in the 2500 range and 25' rigid headers for mid to upper 20's.
