It is hard to say. I bought my 105 diesel corn special with a hiniker bin ext, QT variable speed feederhouse, excellent condition, one owner machine a year ago. I paid $1000. My machine was completely went through in the last 3 years with all belts, augers, bearings, inside sheet metal, tires, cylinder bars, concave, canopies, drag chain, and a few more things. All I can tell you is that it is a corn shelling machine. I can get $2500 out of the 404 engine alone. I figured I did not get hurt. I seen two 55's and a 105 sell at a sale last winter. They where average condition. They all had the big gas engine (303). They all had old style grain heads_feederhouse. They all run and worked. The 55's brought $5 a piece. The 105 brought $25. The scrap guy bought them. They could not get a bid on them.

It went for $1800.00 a young guy bought it. Quite amazing all the people that looked it over. I thought it might go around $1000.

The sale was at laethems dealership in Caro, MI which is now JandD equipment. Yes I was at both days. I thought most everything brought good money.

I wondered who bought the 4020 aluminum oil pan and the manifolds for turbos. Any idea of priceIJ How did the rims sell, I was interested in the 16-34. Why don't we all wear combine talk hats so we can spot the GOOD GUYS. I went Monday but should have stayed for tuesday, a costly mistake I figure. There were 3 pallet of plastic corn head snouts too, plastic bean head dividers. Should have bought a 30 ft head. lot of should've, kicking myself ever since. Did they have one auctioneer or two in the partsIJ Thanks for the response.

I think Worthington bought the MandW stuff. Tires and rims brought VERY good prices. The plastic corn head snouts in the warehouse were bought by Mark laethem. As for a 30' heads they were cheap. On tuesday they had 2 auction rings going. There were no good deals tuesday. Actually there was on great deal on tuesday...all the 43 series corn head tin that was in the barn by the fuel tanks only brought $500 or so. I kicked myself there.
