Have a 893, but we have only used it on 800a. Haven't had any trouble other than corn sap attracting dust and plugging rotary screen and heating the engine. That problem ended when we had a killing frost. Have been running on 9760 with the variable speed feeder house with no problems. Could run about any speed you wanted. Thought it did nicer job than Geringhoff next door, but don't know what blades were like on that head. Haven't turned the blades yet.
