Did you program the scv value or the 3-point hitch to turn the acre counter on or offIJ If not check the tractor manual and program it to whichever function you want to control it. If that is not the problem, try unplugging the wiring harness on the back of the performance monitor and then reconnect it.

Thanks for the advice. The 8100 does not have three point linkage - all my work is drawbar, so the unit is manually turned on or off - implement up_down switch. Will try the disconnect and reconnect the wiring loom process, and let you know . It worked perfectly for 4 years!

Disconnecting and re connecting had no effect. Trying a replacement unit from the local dealer. Will then have to find out how much a new one is !! Harold
