I'm making a short film with a character who is a farmer who's lived in isolation cut off from the world, and I was curious which farming can be maintained from planting to harvest with only one man doing all the work with the exceptions of a few animals and minimal equipment to use as resources. Any suggestions would be worth more than a routine google, and looking for something more accurate to living as a self-sustaining farmer.
