Combines Just bought a new R62 today

Gleaner Boy...harvesting will be fun for you! I went from an R50 to a 62 last year and it has been enjoyable. I did go to a 25' flexhead and am glad I did. With duals, the width to the outside of the tires will be about 17' wide. That will leave just 18" from the tire to the crop. OK if you are going straight but you won't be able to turn much without the tires getting on the crop.

We went from an R50 to a R62 and we love our R62, we just traded our 20 foot head in for a 30 foot head with an air reel last month. An R62 has so much capacity we felt we were underutilizing (sp IJ) our capacity with a 20 foot head and now we should put less hours on the machine. We were having to drive too fast to keep the combine full. My 2 cents. When will it be built IJ
