I would replace it with steel bar unit.Got one years ago for an A2 from some aftermarket outfit in Kansas.Came with new sprockets and a fair bit cheaper than EOM wooden one.The ad was in Prairie Farmer.Don't remember name.

find a good salvage K or K2 and rob the thing. You gotta have the whole 9 yrds of Pan, lower idlers and hdw and upper spkts best I can remember.
