gonna need a little more help here. The corn head should raise and lower just like the bean head. The knurled knob round valve is a rate of lower, unless it is installed backwards as some have been. When one goes to corn one should screw the bolt on the back of the header 4 way valve (lift,lower, hold and float) in to keep it from going into float. Thus all you have to do is press down on the lift handle and it will pop up by its self when the bolt is screwed in correctly.
