My guess would be either the leaf spring is out of adjustment or needs to be replaced. You should be able to lift the sickle up with the tip of your toe without much difficulty. You may have to go as far as adjusting_replacing the first two leaf springs from that end. Good luck

You probably need to adjust spring tention on that end and also the next cupple towards center. If you have a feild tracker you can do this in the cab by tilting it to the left just a little.

Have you checked your tire pressureIJ If you have a slight difference in tire pressure one end of the head could be running lower than the other end.

The right hand end support part n1316677c4 is probably broken at the front where it connects to a skid plate. You can try rewelding it but it usually wont hold. The newest part n has extra bracing and welding.

Yes it was broken and we rewelded it. We'll see how long it holds.

You might need to check the paddle sensors under the header and readjust them. The one on the right end might have got pushed down a little.

We had similiar problems with the 25' 1020 we had. I was able to get a large ploy pad from my CIH dealer that fits under that end of the head and extends to the back. It made a big difference. We were already running one on the left end. I believe Mae-West makes them. Well worth the money IMO. When we traded for a 30' last winter we switched the pads over to it.
