I think it sounds like you have a problem with your hydraulic drive motor on the right habd side of the header. either your belt is extremely worn or the motor is almost completely out. I have pulled one of those off and its really not too bad. I would suggest pulling it off and getting it rebuilt. Before you pull it off make sure that the belt isnt slipping or there is some other problem before you pull the motor off. There are two lines running to the motor and they are easily removed with an in line wrench. If you have any questions email me! Good luck Brent
