remove the belts and chain, check for any end play. Hold a straight edge up to the sprocket and turn the sheave, if it is vibrating that bad you will find the problem . The RH stub shaft could be loose or the throat bushing could be beat out and you are feeling an out of balance cylinder vibration as the throat beats inside the shaft your adjuster spins on.
