Combines l2 lighting

One thing I remember from electronics school, to get your amperage draw divide watts by volts. 55w @ 12 volts draws 4.58 amps, 55w @ 14 volts draws 3.92 amps. You are looking at adding 8-10 amp load to a circuit that is at 80% or so. you may get by for a short period. Be safe to your wiring harness and add another circuit and dedicated line to your new lights. You may find the 2 55 watt halogens provide more light than you 4 origionals. Good luck

Hey, also read about a year ago on this site where you could add a yellow lens cover to lighting and you shine right thru white bean dust. Has anyone else tried thisIJ TIA

How many watts are the factory lights installed on an l2IJIJIJ Do these circuit breakers reset themselves or is there something you would need to do manuallyIJIJIJ

I think the factory lamps are 35 watts. The circuit breakers should reset automatically when they cool down. Just remember, if they trip too many times, you'll be buying new ones. It would be cheaper and safer to use an in-line fuse and n12 wire.

Yes I have installed a "fog" light with a yellow lens on the back of the F's and F2. Day and night difference, like trying to drive in fog with your high beams on (too much reflection makes it actually worse) and the yellow does cut through better, doesn't show more area, but you can see what's coming out of the machine from behind and that was my main concern that got resolved by putting them on there. In my opinion yes they do work.
