Tom made a good point. It's been a few years since I have been around those infamous hillside grain savers, but if I remember correctly, there is an adjustment to center that baffle (while combine is perfectly level!) that deflects air to one side of the shoe or the other. Perhaps it is out of adjustment and doesn't allow full air flow to the one side. Also, pull the hose off the bad side of the shoe and empty any grain out that may be in there. It might be that grain, dirt, etc has partially plugged one of the hoses - we had that happen on occasion. We were never really impressed with the grain savers - had them on an F3 and an M3 and could never really see much difference. Hillside raddles made a bigger difference for us. Oh, one more thing - Tom R. mentioned two air outlets on one side and three on the otherIJ Ours only had two on both sides. BUT, if yours is like Tom R.'s, perhaps their reasoning is air having to travel farther to the left side than the right since the blower is on the right side of the combine. Maybe somebody got the hoses switched around in the pastIJ Try switching them on the blower outlets if all else fails. Good luck!
