Combines lasered Injectors

there is a guy by me who had them in his 270, i think there is 4 different sizes and he got the biggest ones. it pushed it up to 375-400 hp on the dyno ( we quit pulling it down at 375 ) but he took them out after too much down time. it would burn up his exaust " accordian " every couple months, his exaust manifold cracked off at the turbo once and he couldnt keep his air intake temp down, it kept shutting the tractor down. the final straw was when his cam went flat after about 700 hours.if you would stick to one of the two smaller sizes i dont think it would be too much of a problem. i would not go over 325 for downtimes sake.

Where can you get lasered injectorsIJ How much increase in hp would you get from putting the smallest ones in and would it cause any problemsIJ I have a 2001 MX240 and would like a small increase in hp without buying a MX270. In a post lower down it was suggested that holding down the up and down arrows on the monitor within 5 sec. after starting the tractor would allow you to select 270 and get some increase but I could not get that to work. the guy we put the injectors in for found them and gave them to us to put in. i dont know much more about them other than the ones he had, i will try to call him tommorow and find out where he got them.im'm sure he has the number yet for you to call.

here is the link to the place he got the injectors, i cant find them on there but maybe you want to call them. the guy said today that they only made one size and that was the ones we had, and another guy said that there is different sizes, if you talk to them i'm sure you'll find out whats right. good luck

Thanks for the information. I will see what I can find out. If you ever try the change to MX270 and it works let me know how you did it. If that really worked it would seem it would be simple to go back and forth. Probably just wishfull thinking. Thanks Steve
