Combines late wheat harvest in the Mid South

Here in New Jersey, the wheat is poor. Too much water after planting last fall, late winter was wet, lots of fungal pressure on it early in the spring and couldn't get N on at the right time. Corn seems OK so far. Some guys got beans in early, but unseasonably cold, wet weather back in late May stopped everything for 2 weeks. Still planting some beans now, seems we're in the same pattern you are. The horse people are screaming for timothy hay, but how can you make it when you can't get 3 days in a row without stormsIJ

Please forward excess water at the earliest opportunity! Very good returns are on offer for your excess water. Address to; Horsham- Victoria - Australia. We have not reached our average rainfall,16 inches, [400mms.] for 9 years. That includes 2 droughts and one wipe out from frost. I hope it works out for all of you. Isn't nature a lousy support act! Cheers.

We are about 35% completed with our wheat harvest in N.E. Texas due to wet weather. Should have been done a week ago. High winds, heavy rain and hail have knock a lot of acres down. Some is starting to sprout in the heads. low test weights for sure. I plan to start again tomorrow if it does not rain today. Rest of the crops not damaged by hail look good.

We are 50% done in East TN. Running around 52 bushel_acre. We are needing rain for waist high corn and beans that are about ankle high.
