The Header Height Control System stability is affeted by the flow of the header raise and lower solenoids. A suggested speed for the solenoids is to set the raise and lower times to 6 seconds each. This is the time the header takes to raise form the ground to maximum height and the time it takes to lower header from maximum height to the ground. The solenoid flow rates are adjusted by chainging the adjustment screws on each end of header lift valve in the valve stack. Also the accumulator being open or closed can make a big difference. HOPE THIS HElPS.
