Do you have UPSIJ Thats how we get our diesel pumps to the repair shop. You may have to make arrangements beforehand over the telephone with the repair shop so the guy watches for your pump. I have had 2 V8 pumps calibrated and new governors installed for under $1000 US. You can't imagine the improvement in performance. I had the last one set to idle at a super-slow engine speed to prolong the life of moving components like belts and chains when I engage the separator. Now I can push the button at 500rpm and get a nice easy clutch engagement without any belt squealing. You can email for the name of the repair shop if you need it. Tom in MN

Tom, No, UPS does not provide service to our rural area. Parcel Post would be the next option. I presume that you are in Minnesota. Is the diesel shop you are refering to in MinnesotaIJ I am approx 5 hours north of Minot. and Minn. would be a long one-day drive for me. Would still like to find a diesel injection shop in Sask. that is proficient with Deutz. Thanks. Ag-lad.

If I recall correctly the pump is a Bosch, but you should verify the name yourself. Then do an Internet search for your nearest authorized dealer or factory representative. AGCO and Deutz are not into the diesel pump repair business that I am aware of. Midwest Diesel has a good reputation on this board but he was too busy when I wanted my pump fixed so I started with the factory rep and then found a diesel shop that did the work. Whoever does the work will have to get specs from the rep or you can do that yourself if necessary. Your service manual and service bulletins also have specs. And yes, I am in southern Minnesota.
