Your concave reading needs to be collaborated. It is part of the header or feeder house collaboration. look in the owners manual and it has very good step by step directions on how to do that. For best results before you start the collaboration you should have the header off and park the combine over a ditch.

Also have the concaves set on zero when you do the calibration. Sorry for the spelling of calibration in the first post.
