First, Dump dealer and get ahold of Agco Dist. Rep. Second, Were you noticing any vibration from the rotorIJ If for some reason something is out of balance and it vibrates heavily it will change settings. This could be a Factory Error or a Dealer Setup Error or Something got run thru it and bent something. Even the slightest vibration can sometimes change settings. Third, After talking to Agco Rep. or go on-line to Agco Customer Service aka "Corp Relations" and be NICE they will work with you. Find a dealer that is going to service you and your machine. With this Allis and White name dropping some of these dealers are hungry for new customers. Good luck!

First of all take a deep breath, slow down, and stop the name calling. You need to decide whether you want to make the machine work or get rid of it. There is nothing wrong with the design of the R series. Period. What is the R model or NIJ, cyl bar type, year model, header model and size. Where are you located. Give us a little more information and we can help if you want us to. If not trade the machine off. life is too short to be miserable. Grates that have to be leveled too often are always due to poor feeding resulting in slugs that go through and warp the grate and it always result in grain loss. Feed it in in wads and it comes out in grain filled wads, Siver, gren, yeller or red....
