Stanodyne, a major maker of rotary injection pumps has an additive for added lubrication and several others. Don't know if they are available in Australia, but I would guess they are. Years ago we just added a quart of motor oil to a tank full of jet fuel when it was used in diesel aircraft auxiliary power units in the US Navy.
