Combines loewen AFX Rotor Kit or Stewart Steel Axceller Kit

I have the Axceller on my 2388 now for approx.3,000 acres corn and beans. It shows little to no wear and I am pleased. You must remove the throat to install which allows you to change to the heavy vanes that are needed for either product. It takes a strong puller to remove the hub from the existing rotor that holds the elephant ears. It is a good time to rebuild the rock trap and upper feeder sprockets. There is a much noticed quietness in the machine and increase in output. I think you will still use the HP because you will be putting more material through the machine.

I put the lowen kit on my 2188 last fall and really liked it. It was not hard to install and the combine ran very smooth in green stem beans.
